Owner
Shawn founded Automotive Magic in 2003 to create a client-centered, honest shop. A Roxbury local, he’s passionate about community and education, helping others achieve their goals, and quality automotive care. As a co-founder of Shop Management Alliance, he also guides other repair shop owners toward success. Shawn enjoys family time outside work with his wife, Victoria, and his three daughters.
Brian Kallok
General Manager
A team member since 2013, Brian contributes over 15 years of industry experience. Committed to client care and community involvement, he’s active in car care clinics and enjoys outdoor pursuits with his family.
Brendan O’Connell
Automotive Technician
An RVCC Automotive Program graduate, Brendan specializes in exhaust systems and custom builds. He continues his education and enjoys nature walks with his girlfriend and rescue dog. His passion for audio and vinyl adds a unique twist to his automotive expertise.
Will Barkiewicz
Service Consultant
Will, a Lincoln Tech graduate with 20 years of experience, brings expertise and client education to the team. Outside work, he enjoys fishing, fitness, and family time, making him a ll-rounded asset to the Automotive Magic community.

A trusted technician since 2016, Shawn brings deep experience, staying current with advanced automotive training.
He’s known for his dedication in and outside the shop, where he enjoys sports and family time as an avid Miami Dolphins and NJ Devils fan.
